Customer Order History

Step 1: Accessing Customer Order History

  • Go to the Contacts page
  • Click on a customer to open their details
  • Look for "Orders" or "Order History" section
  • Or go to Orders page and filter by customer

Step 2: Viewing Order List

  • See all orders placed by the customer
  • Each order shows:
  • Order number
  • Order date
  • Total amount
  • Order status
  • Items ordered

Step 3: Understanding Order Information

  • Order Number: Unique identifier
  • Date: When order was placed
  • Status: Current order status (Pending, Shipped, Delivered, etc.)
  • Total: Order amount
  • Items: Products ordered

Step 4: Viewing Order Details

  • Click on any order to see full details
  • View:
  • Complete order information
  • Product details
  • Shipping address
  • Payment information
  • Tracking information (if shipped)

Step 5: Analyzing Purchase Patterns

  • Review order frequency
  • Check average order value
  • Identify favorite products
  • See seasonal buying patterns
  • Understand customer preferences

Step 6: Using Order History

  • Identify repeat customers
  • Create targeted offers
  • Recommend products
  • Improve customer service
