Order Performance Reports

Step 1: Viewing Order Statistics

  • On the dashboard, find the order metric cards
  • Shows:
  • Total Orders: Count of all orders
  • Pending Orders: Orders awaiting processing
  • Cancelled Orders: Cancelled order count
  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of visitors who order

Step 2: Understanding Order Metrics

  • Total Orders: All orders placed
  • Orders Average Price: Average order value
  • Pending Orders: Orders not yet processed
  • Cancelled Orders: Cancelled order count
  • Conversion Rate: Visitors to orders percentage

Step 3: Viewing Order Table

  • Find the "Recent Orders" table on the dashboard
  • Shows:
  • Customer information
  • Order items
  • Order total
  • Payment type
  • Order status
  • Created date

Step 4: Analyzing Order Trends

  • Use the Sales & Revenue Trend chart
  • Green line shows order count over time
  • Compare months to see trends
  • Identify peak ordering periods

Step 5: Monitoring Order Status

  • Check pending orders regularly
  • Monitor cancelled orders
  • Track order fulfillment rates
  • Review order status distribution

Step 6: Understanding Conversion Metrics

  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of visitors who purchase
  • Cancelled Rate: Percentage of orders cancelled
  • Monitor both to improve performance
  • Higher conversion = better performance
