Shipping & Delivery Configuration

Step 1: Accessing Shipping Settings

  • Go to Settings → Shipment
  • Or navigate to /store/[key]/settings/shipment
  • You'll see shipping configuration options

Step 2: Understanding Shipping Sections

  • Predefined Packages: Package sizes for shipping
  • Predefined Weights: Weight categories
  • Shipping Presets: Quick shipping configurations
  • Customs/HS Codes: International shipping codes

Step 3: Predefined Packages

  • View existing packages in table
  • Each package shows:
  • Package name
  • Dimensions (length, width, height)
  • Weight limits
  • Add new package:
  • Click "Add Predefined Package"
  • Enter package details
  • Save package

  • View weight categories
  • Used for shipping cost calculation

  • Click "Add Predefined Package" button
  • Enter weight details
  • Save weight category

Step 5: Shipping Presets

  • View existing shipping presets
  • Presets are quick shipping configurations
  • Add new preset:
  • Click "Add Shipping Preset" button
  • Configure preset settings:
  • Preset name
  • Shipping method
  • Delivery time
  • Cost settings
  • Save preset

Step 6: Using Shipping Presets

  • Apply presets to orders quickly
  • Select preset when creating order
  • Preset applies shipping settings automatically
  • Saves time on order processing

Step 7: Customs/HS Codes

  • View customs codes list
  • Used for international shipping
  • Add new customs code:
  • Click "Add Shipping Preset" button
  • Enter customs code details:
  • Code number
  • Description
  • Category
  • Save customs code

Step 8: Test Label Printing

  • Scroll to "Print Test Label" section
  • Click "Print Test Label" button
  • Test label prints to verify printer
  • Check printer settings are correct

  • Use navigation links at top:
  • Predefined Packages
  • Predefined Weights
  • Shipping Presets
  • Customs/HS Codes
  • Test Label
  • Click link to jump to section

Step 10: Managing Shipping Settings

  • Edit existing packages/weights/presets
  • Delete unused configurations
  • Keep settings updated
  • Test shipping calculations
