Shipping & Delivery Configuration
Step 1: Accessing Shipping Settings
- Go to Settings → Shipment
- Or navigate to /store/[key]/settings/shipment
- You'll see shipping configuration options
Step 2: Understanding Shipping Sections
- Predefined Packages: Package sizes for shipping
- Predefined Weights: Weight categories
- Shipping Presets: Quick shipping configurations
- Customs/HS Codes: International shipping codes
Step 3: Predefined Packages
- View existing packages in table
- Each package shows:
- Package name
- Dimensions (length, width, height)
- Weight limits
- Add new package:
- Click "Add Predefined Package"
- Enter package details
- Save package

- View customs codes list
- Used for international shipping
- Add new customs code:
- Click "Add Shipping Preset" button
- Enter customs code details:
- Code number
- Description
- Category
- Save customs code
Step 8: Test Label Printing
- Scroll to "Print Test Label" section
- Click "Print Test Label" button
- Test label prints to verify printer
- Check printer settings are correct
