Notification Settings
Step 1: Accessing Notification Settings
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Or navigate to /store/[key]/settings/notifications
- You'll see notification settings page
Step 2: Understanding Notification Types
- Order Received: Email when new order is placed
- Order Delivered: Email when order is delivered
- Admin: Cancel/Refund: Email when order is cancelled or refunded
Step 3: Managing Notifications
- Each notification type has a card
- Card shows:
- Notification title
- Description
- Preview button
- Toggle switch
- Enable Notification:
- Toggle switch to "ON"
- Notification is enabled
- You'll receive emails
- Disable Notification:
- Toggle switch to "OFF"
- Notification is disabled
- No emails sent
Step 4: Previewing Notifications
- Click "Preview" button on any notification card
- Preview modal opens
- Shows:
- Email subject
- Email content
- Brand logo
- Message preview
- Close preview:
- Click "X" or outside modal
- Preview closes
Step 5: Notification Settings
- Settings save automatically
- Changes take effect immediately
- No need to click save button
- Loading indicator shows while saving
Notification Settings Tips
- Enable important notifications
- Preview emails before enabling
- Keep order notifications enabled
- Disable notifications you don't need
- Check email settings regularly
