Understanding the Dashboard Overview

Step 1: Accessing Your Dashboard

  1. Log in to Souqiyah
  1. You’ll land on the dashboard with stores list.
  1. The dashboard shows your store’s performance

Step 2: Dashboard Layout Overview

The dashboardincludes:

A. Welcome Banner (Top Section)

  • Personalized greeting: "Welcome, [Your Name] 👋🏻"
  • Description: "Here's what's happening on your store today"
  • Quick action: "Add Product" button (if you have permission)

B. Statistics Cards (Key Metrics)

Located below the welcomebanner. Shows:

  1. Orders
  • Total orders count
  • Icon: Shopping bag
  • Example: "150 Orders"
  1. Orders Average Price
  • Average order value
  • Currency formatted
  • Example: "SAR 250.00"
  1. Pending Orders
  • Unread/pending orders
  • Icon: Check circle
  • Example: "12 Orders"
  1. Cancelled Orders
  • Cancelled count
  • Icon: Warning circle
  • Example: "5 Orders"

Notification Display

Eachnotificationshows:

  • Icon (by type)

  • Order number (if applicable)

  • Read/Unread indicator (blue dot for unread)

Step 3: Managing Notifications

Viewing Notifications

  1. Click the bell icon
  1. Dropdown opens with:
  • Header: "Notifications (X)" (X = unread count)
  • "Mark All As Read" checkbox
  • List of notifications
  • "View All Activity" link at bottom

Marking Notifications as Read

  1. Individual Notification:
  • Click the notification
  • Automatically marked as read
  • Blue dot disappears
  1. Mark All as Read:
  • Check "Mark All As Read"
  • All notifications marked as read
  • Unread count resets to 0

Notification Actions

  1. Click Notification:
  • Marks as read
  • Navigates to related page (if applicable)
  • Example: Order notification → Order details
  1. View All Activity:
  • Click "View All Activity" at bottom
  • Opens full activity log
  • See all notifications
