Onboarding Journey

Step 1: Organization Setup

• After verification, you’ll be asked to set up your business

• Enter your Business Name

• Click "Next" to continue

• This creates your organization account

Step 2: Store Creation

• After organization setup, you’ll create your first store

• Fill in the store details:

• Store Name: Choose a name for your store

• Currency: Select your store currency (e.g., SAR, USD)

• Package: Choose a subscription plan:

• FREE: For your first store (if eligible)

• Essentials: Basic features

• Professional: Advanced features

• Enterprise: Full features

Step 3: Plan Selection

• Review available plans and features

• Select the plan that fits your needs

• If eligible, you can start with the FREE plan

• You can upgrade later

Step 4: Complete Store Setup

• Review your store information

• Click "Create Store" to finish

• Your store will be created and you’ll be redirected to the dashboard

Important Notes

• Your first store can be created on the FREE plan (if eligible)

• You can create multiple stores later

• You can change your plan anytime

• Store creation takes a few moments
