First Login & Navigation
Step 1: Accessing Your Dashboard
- After store creation, you’ll be redirected to the dashboard
- You’ll see a welcome message with your name
- The dashboard shows your store’s key metrics
Step 2: Understanding the Dashboard Layout
- Welcome Banner: Personalized greeting at the top
- Statistics Cards: Key metrics (orders, sales, revenue, conversion rate)
- Recent Orders: Table of recent customer orders
- Charts and Reports: Visual analytics and performance data
- Quick Actions: Buttons to add products or perform common tasks
Step 3: Navigation Basics
- Sidebar: Main navigation menu on the left
- Home: Dashboard overview
- Products: Manage your products
- Orders: View and manage orders
- Customers: Manage customer contacts
- Analytics: View reports and insights
- Settings: Configure store settings
- Header: Top navigation bar
- Store Selector: Switch between your stores
- Notifications: View recent notifications
- Profile: Access your account settings
Step 4: Store Selection
- If you have multiple stores, use the store selector in the header
- Click the store name to see all your stores
- Select a store to switch to its dashboard
- Each store has its own products, orders, and settings
Step 5: Profile & Settings Access
- Click your profile icon in the header
- Access:
- Account Settings: Update your profile information
- Password: Change your password
- Notifications: Manage notification preferences
- Logout: Sign out of your account
Step 6: Understanding Permissions
- Some features may be restricted based on your role
- Contact your organization admin if you need access to certain features
- Permissions are managed at the organization level

- Use the search bar to quickly find products, orders, or customers
- Use keyboard shortcuts for faster navigation (if available)
